Take control of your problem s

By Katherine

The article below is from NHS website. Is this sentence but there is a solution to any problem may not always be true but if we assume that there is solution it makes us more likely to find something that will help us or it might help us to talk to other people about it. What a solution is is an interesting question. If you are feeling very anxious about the winter the solution might be to just start to plan what you can do in advance to develop new interests or hobbies I Make sure you can go out and meet people no before the covid-19 or the flu starts to circulate when children go back to school. If you can’t think of an answer relaxing about the problem may help. slStop thinking and go for a walk I’ll go to a coffee shop with a friend or feed the ducks

Our unconscious mind is working all the time and even when you’re not thinking about a problem your unconscious is looking for answers or hints about what will be the best thing to do because it’s not all up to us there are other sources of help whether they are external in the form of therapists or good friends or internal

Some of them are i internal like the part of your mind that sends you you dreams which may contain an answer that we channel into creativity.

We are not told about that in school but if you start to do some research you will find that we are never alone because they are parts of ourself or or if you are religious you believe that the this guidance comes from God.

Our dreams our daydreams ideas if attention is free floating will contain hints about the next step on our path.We need quietness slowness and acceptance to make contact with the different parts of the mind

If we don’t take the first step we won’t get to the destination

There is a solution to any problem. “If you remain passive, thinking, ‘I can’t do anything about my problem’, your stress will get worse,” says Professor Cooper.

“That feeling of loss of control is one of the main causes of stress and lack of wellbeing.”

The act of taking control is in itself empowering, and it’s a crucial part of finding a solution that satisfies you and not someone else.
