If you are afraid of having an injections

Before I had surgery on my face

I had 24 injections and I was glad because otherwise I could have died

They don’t do replacements yet

  1. I had a terrible phobia about needles until a woman in Wales gave me cognitive therapy – which worked! I still don’t like them, but it’s no longer any problem to have one. What was the surgery you had? Hope you are holding up in this mad world we are inhabiting!xx

    1. Something that should not have been there.I did not know how many jabs I would get so I hummed then screeched each time.
      Interesting that cognitive therapy works for that.
      Glad you can now have jabs
