I have the best

I have the best doctor in town
He wears a nice suit and a frown
But he acts on his thoughts
Without saying aught
Still it all goes to show we can learn

He put his two hands round my throat
Not to strangle me,if so you thought
He was feeling my glands
With his surgeon trained hands
Before I would put on my coat

He looks very sharply and well
To see if there are signs that will tell
If I am anaemic
He won’t believe it
Unless my blood has only   white cells.
