Open the door

When you lock yourself safely into your house at night, it may be worth considering whether the police or  paramedics can get in if you fall or are ill
What gives us safety might give us other problems.

I am  amused by some of my neighbours who come uo to me and say they were worried they had  not seen me for 6 weeks…. why not ring my bell? Why not phone.
