Reason and rhetoric convince
Those who from knowledge have winced
But ignore the archaic
Be more prosaic
With fortitude, you will not flinch
Prudence and patience will gain
Much that when young we disdain
Courage and timing
A pinch of good rhyming
Life is a wonderful game.
Temper the iron till it glows
