Is poetry beneficial when you are sad  grieving?

I studied this subject a few years ago and it scenes that writing poetry in form can be beneficial whereas free verse is not so beneficial although I don’t know how you could prove that except by people’s subjective judgement of their mind and heart

So I will have another look at the literature to see whether I could write anything more useful for anyone who is interested in that

I think that anything with rhythm is beneficial to our state of mind although what beneficial means for petal listening to load rock music I talked about him myself but I accept that some people do find that pleasant
