We feel happy but…..

Deep green meadow rough
Mole hills  make the ground lumpy
The dog ecstatic

Sun  caresses bare trees
The trees have no leaves yet
It’s not even Spring

Why is it so hot?
We can eat outside today
Though the sun is low

Snow and ice are gone
No fog or frosted evergreens
We feel happy but………
