If you feel cold, the Independent suggests you wear a jumper.Or, why not put cardigan over your shirt? This is just so useful I am struck dumb.~
More advice:
1.In winter wear a woollen vest and socks.
2 Why not wear your winter coat inside your home to be really original?
3.Sit in the public library all day for free heat and newspaper and use their loo to save your water and toilet paper.Yes,it is wrong to steal their soap.
4 Go to bed in two pairs of pyjamas and a dressing gown.Then you can look original and stay warm.
