This is from the Independent newspaper.I wonder who they imagine reads it.Anyone  over 21 would look silly in it.If I were the editor I would not publish such an article although it is obvious to most of us you can wear tights and boots with a summer skirt when the weather turns chilly.It is not very original.

    1. Ahah ! Well.nowadays with gender fluidity they have to cater for all.I have rarely seem such an ugly skirt.I wonder who paid them to put it on?.:)

  2. Thank you,Scott.To think people are paid to write such articles.We all know how to put on another layer of clothes.This skirt is no good for working women unless they are in a factory and even then jeans would be better!!
