I think most introverts are conscientious.I believe it’s good unless you are so much that way that you lose your peace of mind.That is when you get too scrupulous.On reflecting I see it’s when we put too much emphasis on  our will power  but given our human situation we are never in total control of our lives… and  we could not expect to be..We  can only do our best and the leave it.~
There are always storms,floods,illnesses human errors.We are trying to usurp the place of and use force  on ourselves and others too.If we find that is our style it may also make people less friendly to us as  we may be hypercritical and judgemental too and nobody enjoys those qualities very much
