It’s so funny

In the still green hedge.
I saw the lake and your reflection
And my reflection.;
and did the sparrows see
as the sun shone slantside
over the steeply falling bank?
Dd they see this natural mirror?
And my mind’s mirror
gave me new reflections
in the reverie
Of the dreaming evening,
As I slid slowly down
Into soft slumber;
Trusting the life within,
Trusting you;
Trusting myself;
and in my reflections
I see you too,
smiling in welcome;
smiling the beautiful smile,the true smile of love itself.
The embrace of the dreaming world
comforts
and holds us
as we breathe gently
in the sweet air
of love.
Repeat
In the still green hedge.
I saw the lake and your reflection
And my reflection.;
and did the sparrows see
as the sun shone slantside
over the steeply falling bank?
Dd they see this natural mirror?
And my mind’s mirror
gave me new reflections
in the reverie
Of the dreaming evening,
As I slid slowly down
Into soft slumber;
Trusting the life within,
Trusting you;
Trusting myself;
and in my reflections
I see you too,
smiling in welcome;
smiling the beautiful smile,the true smile of love itself.
The embrace of the dreaming world
comforts
and holds us
as we breathe gently
in the sweet air
of love.

My Art is no art
It is the simple flowing
Of my humble being
I sit in a mood of reverie
Desires and sensations beautified
I subscribe to beauty
For a version in harmony
For a way out of suffering
Art strums completion
By thriving creativity in life
When I paint or draw or write
I am playing mysticism
In my private dream world
This hide-and-seek suggests
My soul illuminates with nature
Let me submit to art
Blending impressions without a name
For the sake of distinct
Eternal memories that are replayed
In every artist-painter-poet-writer’s soul.

I love her work
Unfunny uncles who insist
in trying on a lady’s hat,
–oh, even if the joke falls flat,
we share your slight transvestite twist
in spite of our embarrassment.
Costume and custom are complex.
The headgear of the other sex
inspires us to experiment.
Anandrous aunts, who, at the beach
with paper plates upon your laps,
keep putting on the yachtsmen’s caps
with exhibitionistic screech,
the visors hanging o’er the ear
so that the golden anchors drag,
–the tides of fashion never lag.
Such caps may not be worn next year.
Or you who don the paper plate
itself, and put some grapes upon it,
or sport the Indian’s feather bonnet,
–perversities may aggravate
the natural madness of the hatter.
And if the opera hats collapse
and crowns grow draughty, then, perhaps,
he thinks what might a miter matter?
Unfunny uncle, you who wore a
hat too big, or one too many,
tell us, can’t you, are there any
stars inside your black fedora?
Aunt exemplary and slim,
with avernal eyes, we wonder
what slow changes they see under
their vast, shady, turned-down brim.

Either I am smart or stupid
I am not smart
/Therefore I am stupid
I used disjunctive syllogism for today’s post. It’s a pretty simple syllogism that uses a simple form. An example of disjunctive syllogism is
Major premise: Either the meeting is at school or at home.
Minor premise: The meeting is not at home.
Conclusion: Therefore the meeting is at school.
(From http://www.fibonicci.com/logical-reasoning/syllogisms/examples-types/)
Let’s discuss about the form and factual correctness of this argument. First, let’s take a look at my major premise: Either I am smart or stupid. To me, this is factually correct since I see nobody in between stupid and smart. Since this is true to me, the argument so far is sound. Now, take a look at the second premise. This premise is obviously not factually correct, so that means that the argument is now not sound. Since there is a…

You bastard.You bit my bat on its blue bed and bought bread with no butter on it.I am bellowing to be sure you cannot bet on my blog being here for you to bait me with your blistering so called “criticisms”.
Get on board or I’ll beach you forever.Why Bless my bowl,it’s Father Brown.
Hello Father,I am blaming this bigot for berating my blog.r
Don’t keep bad mouthing these Bible bashers.They have nothing better to woo.
A beautiful young lady would put them in the bin if she had any barbarism left in her.The inner child is now the inner bear… wild,beguiled and blooming like a buttercup
By the way,I can see your butt.Your zip is not buttoned!Shall I pass a bit of glue over?.
I feel so blue I don’t care if my butt shows.But ladies may be mm barrassed
so do button me up.It’s bloody kind of you to bother with a bloke like me.
I am on bail you know for omitting acts of blindness,ignoring black soled neighbors…I refer to their souls.I have been gifted to see inside you and I see your soul is in a glass bowl.What if it breaks into shards of glass?
Don’t keep blathering on.I have a bone to pick with the blacksmith…. about his brother.I am bemused
Don’t let me bother you.I am bone idle myself but accept your kisses willy nilly
Billy! Be off,you bloody bonkers bloke.Never look black,back or g
My original idea was to write about books.I just found this new website devoted to books.Here is a funny article about how Freud would have judged 5 fictional characters.It is in the Huff Post.Under the photo of Freud it says this was originally on Bookish.Click that link to visit Bookish and sign up if you like it
I can’t get the link right for Bookish
I just read this on “How my heart speaks “by Katherine

Just think it could be WormPress or WarmPress.Here are the books recommended by cool.wormpress.com .Meanwhile snails slowly rush in where slugs may be filled with dread.
Some evenings,the sky turned pink
We were happy,lying in the grass
Watching the sun set.
Arms around each other.
Seemed like eternal life had come
Earlier than forecast.
Those weathermen are always wrong!
They need new training
In that timeless moment
In between two raindrops,
In between two tears.

I became embroiled in “thinking” but I am more interested in thoughtfulness.To me this is connected to reflection and care.To be a thoughtful person I need to be involved with society.A thinker may remain aloof… and if you are a ruminator or a brooder this will detach you from the world of others too.So there’s a paradox here about thinking and thought.
The other problem with thinking using logic and reasoning is the question of the premises you use.If they are not sensible,if they are wrong, if they are poor then thinking is entirely vain.And also by a careful choice of premises or assumptions almost anything can be “proved”
Syllogisms can be useful but really what do they tell you except something you most likely already know
I have a theory,which I cannot test,that some of the symptoms of “mental illness” are a way a person who feels herself to be without power [in a family, a society] can say what is on her mind in a manner which is almost uninterpretable bythe people around but it has a meaning….that if ahe had more power she could say directly.
Someone tells his doctor his mother is trying to poison him.He is diagnosed with schizophrenia.
Yet in a metaphorical sense it may be quite true.She may dominate,oppress and refuse him freedom and for some reason he is not perhaps strong enough to walk out. Some of the cryptic sayings such people make do convey in a scrambled way the truth as they see it.And it can apply to old people who are diagnosed with dementia…I have a good example friend’s husband had major heart surgery.She was warned that during recovery his brain might be affected temporarily and sure enough he began to talk about Kruschev,Stalin,Moscow etc and seemed agitated..she told me about this.It passed.Later he told her that he was trying to tell her she was ordering him around too much and dominating him.he felt,whilst he was ill.No doubt she was anxious.He was trying to communicate to her he did not like her behaviour towards him.So his mind was not gone but he was too feeble to get across what he meant.And she was afraid already .. so became more bullying.Sometimes old people are said to be demented.One test is to ask them to count back in 7 from 100.So if I were you i’d memorize that!Most people find it hard when younger.r
Imagine if someone told you they believed a piece of bread has been turned into Christ‘s body.You might think they are crazy but luckily it is a common belief in the Western Christian mind…so it’s not a sign of madness and yet a man might say something similar and be called psychotic.
I went the hard way,you know,
on that road with no kerb
Picking up the demons you let out of that woman’s handbag
I feel so sick,you are a Jezebel.
Keep away from me,the voices warned me
That America would start a war against error
And that Jesus would help me to beat them
Let me go.Who stole my coat with the astrakhan collar
that showed I too was the son of God
Like you did before,you want to crucify me
and to eat cake and say,This is him you know…
Even the icing.So keep away.I’ll hit you.
rocks,cracked rocks and a finger
pointing to the mistakes you missed
putting the blame onto me
and for that,I must die a thousand times
Will you call it my church or my tomb
My tomb of dough will rise and god will bake me
and eat me for his tea.
Thank you,nurse.I love Largactil
As it makes me ill
~and so I know i have to be locked up my
to protect the town from my germs,worms and viruses.
I go numb
Keep away from my arse.
Leave me alone with an old stone
From the grave of my youthful hopes.
You’re all crazy… but you outnumber me
So,I must be mad to fight.
Schizophrenia they think!
I know better.
