      1. Alternative arithmetic is very simple, as applied by politicians:
         51.9% = 100% justification for leaving the EU, whatever the consequences to the nation.
         .
         deducting the 0.7% national contribution that goes to the EU will utterly transform the 20.3% national contribution to the NHS.
         etc.
