  1. I have to admit that I have never managed to meditate. I tried several times, as everyone seemed to think it is a good thing to do but all it does is raise my anxiety. Like you say knitting or gardening can be therapeutic too. Meditation is not for everyone.

    1. I had learned years ago that meditation is dangerous to some people if they do it for more than a short time.It affects people who suffer from depression.Knitting is a good thing to do or gardening
