Without commenting on the subject, I don’t think it’s a good photo – mainly because of the lighting and colour, which makes it look as though she has really ‘caught the sun’ !
There’a no light or shade nor seriousness.
Perhaps the photo is meant to be encouraging by not seeming too serious or forbidding?
Yes.maybe.It#s harder for women to look the part especially young attractive ones.The editor may have chosen this one.I’ve not had my Oxford Today yet
