To merely amuse.

Is humour immoral for me?
Are jokes made by a mad chimpanzee?
Humour’s a  virtue
Life may well teach you.
Practise wherever you be.

Sometimes a joke insults Jews
Or the Irish the black or  mixed hues.
These are  immoral
And cause fights and quarrels
I seek here to lightly amuse.
