I think I say that humorously when I find I’ve made a mistake. But just because I’m ancient doesn’t mean I am mature. You must have good vision spotting the whiskey.I hadn’t seen it.Lack of energy makes things seem hard work.I think we will all feel better in March.Keep warm.I found a good book today called, Discover Your Inner Sloth: Mix in Its Leisurely Dynamic to Banish Stress
by Gillian Bridge (Author)
and I recommend it.Being able to do nothing is an achievement.Look up a scone recipe and surprise your spouse! It’s easy….apart from getting flour all over you and the kitchen which might annoy her.:) I suppose even though I’ve not planned a persona I may have one.
That book sounds great!
I thought it was just men that never ‘grow up’ 🙂
Nobody ever grows up.I feel better since reading some of that book which turned up when I was looking at some art books!
When you make scones then take a photo!:)
That glass on the left looks like a smoothie – not an English cup of tea. What with that, and the ashtray, and what looks rather like a whisky bottle in the background, I’m not sure you should be encouraging imitation of this scene 🙂
OMG!It’s not my own photo.I must have accidentally used someone else’s!However my husband used to drink and in the past he was a light smoker.Actually the way things are we probably will drink spirits at tea time…..
Those cream scones look the real thing – yum 🙂
I agree about the links between mental stress and physical problems – in both directions. I’ve had a persistent cold for some weeks that has dulled down my interest in various hobbies. Equally, worries about many things – not just finance – seem to make one more susceptible to physical illness.
Your ‘OMG’ response makes me wonder about your web persona – it sounds a teenage expression 🙂
I’ll be right over, and I definitely think that there is a connection with financial stress and physical and emotional pain…..Enjoy your tea:)xxx
